PRICING

Booking & transaction fees
- €2 booking fee per ticket
- 3.5% transaction fee
Fees are clearly shown at checkout.

You only pay when tickets sell.
Payment processing
Payment processing fees cover secure card and PayPal transactions and are non-refundable once a transaction has been completed.
Currency
All transactions are processed in euros (€).
Currency conversion, if applicable, is handled by the customer’s bank or payment provider.
REFUNDS
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are subject to the El Tiquetero refund policy, which is clearly displayed online.
Where a refund is approved by the organiser:
- The ticket price may be refunded to the original payment method
- Booking and transaction fees are non-refundable
El Tiquetero does not decide refund eligibility and does not mediate disputes.
