Affiliate programme terms

How the El Tiquetero affiliate programme works: what you earn, when you’re paid, and how to promote us.

In effect from 9 October 2026.

These terms apply to the El Tiquetero affiliate programme, run by Kirkpatrick Consult Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By joining the programme you agree to them, to our Terms of submission and to our Privacy policy.

In brief

  • You earn commission of €0,50 per order on paid ticket orders made through your link.
  • Your link counts for 30 days after someone first clicks it.
  • Commission is approved after 14 days, so refunds can be taken into account.
  • We pay by PayPal once your approved commission reaches €50.
  • Promote honestly, say you’re an affiliate, and never spam.

This summary is for convenience only. The full terms below are what apply.

Joining

  • You must be at least 18. If you join for a company or organisation, you confirm you’re authorised to accept these terms for it.
  • Your account is active as soon as you join. We may still review it, and close it if it breaks these terms.
  • Keep your details up to date, including the PayPal email address we pay you at.

What you earn

  • You earn commission of €0,50 per order on paid ticket orders made by people who reached El Tiquetero through your affiliate link. The current rate is always shown here and on the Affiliate programme page.
  • An order counts if it’s made within 30 days of the buyer first clicking an affiliate link, on the same device and browser. If they clicked more than one affiliate’s link, the first one counts.
  • No commission is due on orders for free tickets; on your own orders, or orders by people you share an account or household with; on orders that are refunded, cancelled or charged back; or on orders that break these terms.
  • Tracking depends on the buyer’s browser keeping our cookie. We pay on the orders our system records.

Approval and payment

  • New commission waits 14 days before it’s approved, in case the order is refunded or cancelled. Commission on a refunded order is not approved.
  • When your approved, unpaid commission reaches €50, we pay it to your PayPal account in euros, usually once a month. Below that amount it carries over to the next payment.
  • You can see your visits, commission and payments in your affiliate area.
  • You’re responsible for any tax due on your commission, and for telling the tax authorities about it where required.
  • If we find that commission was paid on an order that didn’t qualify, we may take it off your next payment.

How you may promote us

Share your link and our creatives on your website, newsletter, social media and in conversations with people who’d want to know about events. When you do:

  • Say you’re an affiliate. Make it clear that you earn commission, for example with “affiliate link” or #ad, as advertising rules require.
  • Be accurate. Only say what’s true about El Tiquetero and its events, and don’t promise discounts, prices or offers we don’t make.
  • Use our creatives as they are. You may use the images and buttons in your affiliate area to promote El Tiquetero, but don’t change them, and don’t use our name or logo in any other way.
  • Follow the law and each platform’s rules, including data protection and advertising rules, and the rules of the social media sites and groups you post in.

What’s not allowed

  • Spam: unsolicited emails or messages, or posting your link where it isn’t welcome.
  • Paid search ads on “El Tiquetero” or misspellings of it, or ads that look as if they come from us.
  • Pretending to be El Tiquetero or an event organiser, or setting up pages, profiles or domains that could be mistaken for ours.
  • Fake or self-made orders, cookie stuffing, hidden or automatic clicks, or any other way of earning commission on sales you didn’t genuinely bring.
  • Placing your link on sites with illegal, hateful or adult content.

If you break these rules, we may withhold the commission involved, close your account and keep any commission that hasn’t been paid.

Changes and ending the agreement

  • We may change the commission rate, these terms or the programme. We’ll tell you by email or in your affiliate area before changes affect you; commission already earned stays at the rate that applied when the order was made.
  • You can leave at any time by contacting us. We can end your membership with notice by email, or straight away if you break these terms.
  • When the agreement ends, stop using your link and our creatives. We’ll pay approved commission you’ve earned that meets the minimum, unless your account was closed for breaking these terms.

Our role and liability

  • You’re an independent affiliate, not an employee, agent or partner of El Tiquetero, and you can’t make commitments on our behalf.
  • Events are run by their organisers. We don’t guarantee how many sales your promotion will bring.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Otherwise, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, lost profits or interruptions to the website or tracking.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, like our Terms of submission; if you’re a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws where you live. Questions? Email info@eltiquetero.com or call +34 711 088 128.
