Find your event on Find events, choose your tickets and check out. You’ll be asked to log in or create a free account, then pay.

Yes, a free one. It takes a minute, and it keeps all your tickets together in My Account.

Securely through PayPal, with a PayPal account or a debit or credit card. All prices are in euros.

Yes. A booking fee of €2 + 4.5% per ticket is added at checkout, and you’ll see it before you pay. It covers running the platform and card payments. Free tickets have no fee.

They’re emailed to you as soon as you’ve paid, each with its own QR code. They’re also in My Account, where you can download a PDF or add them to Apple Wallet on an iPhone.

No. Just show the QR code on your phone at the door. If you’d rather have paper, print the PDF.

Check your spam folder first, then look in My Account. If they’re not there either, contact us and we’ll sort it out.

If an event is cancelled, you get a full refund, booking fee included, without having to ask. If it’s postponed or changes significantly, you can keep your ticket or get a full refund. Otherwise, refunds are up to the organiser. The full details are in our Refund and returns policy.

The organiser knows best about start times, the venue or what to bring. Their details are on the event page.

Nothing. There are no setup costs, monthly fees or subscriptions. Buyers pay a booking fee of €2 + 4.5% per ticket on top of your price, so you keep your full ticket price. Free events cost nothing to anyone.

Sign up, then go to Create events and add your event: the details, a photo, and your ticket types and prices. When you publish it, it goes live straight away. It only takes a few minutes, and we’re happy to help. There’s a step-by-step guide with pictures: How to add an event.

We send your ticket money to your PayPal account. Make sure we have the PayPal email address you want to be paid at, and talk to us about timing.

With your phone. In Your events, tap Scan tickets next to your event and point your camera at each ticket’s QR code. There’s no app to install. You’ll see straight away whether to let someone in, and a ticket can’t be used twice. Check-in opens an hour before the start, and you can change that on the scanner page. If a ticket won’t scan, search for the name or the ticket number instead. More in How to sell tickets.

Yes. Under Your events, each event has a sales report and an attendee list, and the Insights tab charts your sales over time across all your events.

Yes. Free events are free for everyone: no fees for you or your guests.

Yes. You’ll talk to real people, not bots. Get in touch by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Share El Tiquetero events using your own link, and earn commission on the ticket orders it brings in. The details, including rates, are on the Affiliate programme page.
